BulgaR Head ID & 3D Notification [Standalone]

The script shows player IDs above their heads after pressing the configured key, additionally, a 3D information appears above the head of the player using the key that they are checking the list of players, which prevents various types of RolePlay cheating.

- Displays Player Ids abote their heads after pressing the configured key.
