Add your advertisements on the Pinboards.

Features:
- Possibility to add an advertisement in a given city.
- Possibility to remove own advertisement.
- Every city has its own advertisements pinboard.
- Easy to configure more pinboards if u want.
- Configured by default ( Valentine, Blackwater, Rhodes ).

- U can enable discord logs (Announcements will be displayed on the configured channel).
